Description:

We currently have a vacancy for a Product Owner, fluent in English, to offer his/her services onsite. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Tasks:

• Working within the agile process and being the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team;
• Supervising several business analysts;
• Proposing solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in depth understanding of a specific business domain;
• Participating to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings;
• Reviewing deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint;
• Organizing live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint and facilitating its acceptance by the business;
• Responsible for developing and maintaining standards for testing, as well as providing progress reporting.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with at least 15 years of experience;
• At least 15 years of experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems;
• At least 10 years of experience with Application Management Lifecycle;
• At least 10 years of experience in defining, implementing and follow up change management,
• At least 5 years of specific expertise in Agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.);
• At least 2 years of experience in defining, implementing and follow up procedures and standards;
• At least 2 years of experience with Digital Health/Authorisation procedures and processes for medicine/medical products;
• Acquiring one of the following certifications is mandatory: Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner(PSPO), SAFe Product owner or equivalent;
• One of the following certifications would be considered an asset: ITIL certification above ITIL foundation (or equivalent), Project management certification such as Prince2, PM² or equivalent;
• Excellent command of the English language.
