Sirius Space Services

Participation in trade-offs and architecture choices for the Sirius launcher software system;
Participation in the development of the avionics test bench (Iron Bird);
Production of software prototypes for validation;
Characterization and sizing of network requirements;
Drafting of technical specifications for on-board software;
Design, development and verification of on-board software;
Implementation of GNC algorithms (guidance, navigation and control) based on specifications;
Integration with on-board electronics and on-board computer (OBC);
Design, development and verification of Sirius engine test bench software;
Exchange with other Sirius teams.

Graduate from a general engineering school or with a specialization in software development/avionics;
You have between 5 and 10 years' experience in embedded software development, ideally in the aerospace sector;
You're a self-starter, curious, autonomous and rigorous, with a capacity for adaptability and versatility;
You enjoy working as part of a team;
You are fluent in English (read, written and spoken);
You are proficient in one or more languages: embedded C/C++, Rust, ADA;
You have knowledge of network buses and protocols: Ethernet, DDS, CAN, Serial, MIL-1553, etc.;
You have participated in critical standardized projects: DO-178, ECSS;
You have experience with development tools and environments: Linux, GitLab, Docker, etc.;
You know how to write technical documentation: specifications, design, plans, test procedures, etc.;
You have a general knowledge of real-time operating systems;
You have a general knowledge of electronics, particularly control and acquisition systems.
