Develop and create the latest generation of aerodynamic analysis tools;
Develop data science capabilities;
Define scope, goals and technologies used in both projects;
Have the technical lead of a team of engineers to execute these projects;
Work closely with aerodynamic engineers to improve the ease of understanding complex data;
Apply your experience and knowledge to help us set future directions and trends in data analysis and data visualization;
Be responsible to define the look and feel of the user interface in terms of presentation and interaction with the data from a wide range of engineering data sources;
Be responsible for producing high performance and well-designed data access tools and APIs to be used by other existing systems;
Complete design, code, test, release, and maintenance of data analysis applications;
Stay updated with the latest advancements and developments in software design and data science.

An MSc or PhD in Computer Science or Mathematics;
Strong programming skills. The company is technologically open minded. Experience with the following would be beneficial:
- Python (v3.x), Qt, PostgreSQL, and real time engineering signal data processing;
- C#, .NET and integrating with other technologies such as SQL Server and C++.
Experience with data organisation and repository creation using appropriate database and file technologies;
Interest in the development and deployment of AI and Machine Learning based systems;
Experience in working in a dynamic and challenging environment;
Highly self-motivated, dedicated, creative, result-oriented, and able to work independently with some flexibility in terms of working hours;
A team player but with the initiative to make own decisions;
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision;
Open to learning from others and sharing knowledge with others;
Someone who, regardless of the task set, always has a high work ethic and is committed to a positive image of the department and entire team;
Organized, methodical and able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
