Zendesk is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join Team Enigma. Zendesk Help Center is a smart knowledge base for better self-service and empowered agents. The Enigma team lies in the Help Center and builds many of the customer-facing parts of our Help Center product, including how our customers publish and coordinate articles in sections and categories. Enigma is responsible for the Community platform, which lets our customers engage with end-users by letting them ask questions and post comments.
The team has a large degree of freedom in choosing what we work on and how we execute. Our process doesn't have a name but builds on Scrum and Kanban. We believe in empathy for building the best products possible for our customers, but also for encouraging an open and high-trust environment for growing together as a team.
