Identify design problems and devise easy-to-use understandable solutions;
Plan and conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests;
Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts, adhering to the brand design system;
Design digital interfaces with the highest visual standards, taking usability and accessibility into account;
Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements and improvements;
Actively contribute to building and maintenance of the brand design system;
Lead trainings and moderate workshops in the context of user experience;
Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, cross-functional stakeholders among others.

At least 5 years of professional experience in designing enterprise products;
Confidence in using common design, prototyping, and collaboration tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro;
Excellent understanding of basic design principles, user research and human interaction principles;
Impressive portfolio that shows a spectrum of creative design solutions;
Degree in User experience Design, Interface/ Interaction Design, Visual Design, Communication Design, Product Design or a related field;
Very good level of English.
