In the role of Project Manager in Cyber Systems you will be responsible for the success of key cross - organizational projects' execution. You will orchestrate the project dependencies, business involvement, and overall planning and execution of different projects working closely with development managers, business analysts, stakeholders, and other project managers to drive the project toward a successful completion, being deeply involved in the planning and prioritization process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Together with Development managers and business analysts develop the plan for the project execution
• Actively participate in all the meetings and coordinate all the project collaboration
• Timely raise 'red flags' if the project delivery is under risk
• Take responsibility for the project execution
• Keep track of dev progress and project’s roadmap; develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plans
• Provide comprehensive project statutes to the higher management
• Guide tech leads and teams through technical issues and challenges;
• Create and maintain comprehensive tech project documentation
• Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria

WHAT YOU BRING

• Solid technical background (Engineering or equivalent), with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and Salesforce.com platform;
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector;
• Ability to pragmatically handle multiple initiatives, roles, and responsibilities going in parallel;
• Strong understanding and experience in Back-end, Front-End , CI/CD, CRM systems (Salesforce), web analytics;
• Excellent communication skills in English
