Key Responsibilities:

• IIoT Engineering Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development of the IIoT platform and applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and strong collaboration with the System Architect and Analytics team.
• Cloud Engineering: Develop and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security, while leading and mentoring a team of cloud engineers.
• Operations Management: Oversee the operations team to ensure reliable deployment and maintenance of IIoT platforms, implementing DevOps practices to streamline processes and enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the software engineering and operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.
• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in software engineering and operations, particularly with a focus on IIoT platforms and applications. Expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI, ML/DL, cognitive solutions, IoT platforms, VR, AR, and digital twins, is essential.
• Cloud and DevOps Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, along with experience in cloud services, infrastructure design, implementation, and management. Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation, is crucial.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with exceptional influencing skills to navigate a complex global company. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders and foster strong relationships with leaders across the organization.
