Do you have sound experience of IT procurement gained within an international organisation, an international financial institution (IFI), European Union body or investment bank? Are you well versed in procuring hardware, software, cloud services and infrastructure? Then you can play a central part in developing the IT architecture of a pan-European development bank with a unique social mandate.

Overseeing procurement processes for IT services, goods and works, you will actively assess our needs and recommend solutions and strategies to keep us at the cutting edge of technology. In particular, you will guide internal clients through the procurement process, organise tenders and market consultations, prepare evaluation reports and final recommendations, and above all champion best practice and best value in everything you do.

To join us, you should bring:

• A postgraduate-level qualification in procurement, project management, IT, business administration, law or a related discipline;
• Deep understanding of corporate procurement principles;
• Considerable expertise in project management;
• Full fluency in either English or French, backed by a working knowledge of the other language.
