About the position:

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for managing and administering all enterprise software and business applications in compliance with the company's IT security policies, ensuring their deployment and optimal functionality for users.

Working closely with the Principal Security Officer, you will contribute to the implementation and enforcement of Anywaves’ security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Applications Management

• Manage, administer, and configure applications according to business needs.
• Integrate business data.
• Ensure strict adherence to access permissions based on the “need-to-know” principle.
• Monitor systems and applications to detect and prevent security breaches.
• Develop and enhance interoperability between business software solutions.
• Example of applications:
  • On-premise ERP and production software.
  • SaaS-based applications.
  • Microsoft 365 applications.

User Support

• Provide technical and business application support to users.
• Troubleshoot business-related issues and ensure service continuity.
• Coordinate user training sessions for business applications.
• Manage relationships with software vendors’ support teams.

IT and Business Project Support

• Collaborate with IT teams before and during the deployment of application solutions.
• Participate in planning and rolling out new solutions and updates.
• Work closely with internal business teams to ensure data security.
• Manage external suppliers and service providers.

Quality, Security, and Compliance

• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
• Implement and maintain appropriate access controls for each application.
• Guarantee compliance with security standards (ISO 27001 and GDPR).

Profile required:

Holding a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, you have significant experience in application and system administration, including at least three years working with recent versions of SharePoint (excluding 2007).

You have worked in a company certified ISO 27001, in the process of certification, or serving clients with high IT security requirements. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified, SharePoint 365 Administrator, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer would be a plus.

You are proficient in application administration and database management and demonstrate a strong ability to learn new technologies. Organized and rigorous, you can manage priorities and thrive in a demanding environment.

With excellent teamwork and communication skills, you are also responsible for ensuring the security of Anywaves IT systems. Finally, due to the sensitive nature of this position, security clearance and a valid driving license (Category B) are mandatory.
