We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Active Directory and Windows Server Expert to join our global IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of Active Directory services and Windows Server environments across a complex and geographically distributed enterprise.

The role requires a deep understanding of identity and access management, group policy architecture, domain controller management, and enterprise server operations, while adhering to ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management.

Your Mission

Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale Active Directory forests, domains, and organizational units in a multi-site, multi-domain environment.
Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (2016/2019/2022), ensuring performance, security, and availability across all regions.
Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, DFS, and certificate services.
Ensure secure, compliant, and standardized identity lifecycle management processes across the global infrastructure.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Network teams to ensure integration and secure operation of AD-dependent services.
Perform proactive monitoring, capacity planning, patching, and disaster recovery planning.
Lead or contribute to global infrastructure projects such as directory consolidations, domain migrations, hybrid cloud integrations, or privileged access management.
Provide L3 support for Active Directory and Windows Server-related incidents, requests, and escalations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guides in line with ITIL standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying automation opportunities and optimizing existing processes.

Your Story

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in Active Directory and Windows Server administration in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Strong expertise in AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, ADFS, and Azure AD integration.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
Solid understanding of security principles, least privilege access, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with hybrid environments and Microsoft Entra ID, or other IDaaS platforms.
Experience working in an ITIL-based service delivery organization; ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Knowledge of enterprise tools such as Microsoft System Center, Quest tools, or AD auditing and monitoring solutions.
Strong communication skills in English; ability to work with global teams across time zones.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management using tools like ServiceNow is desirable.
