The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Director – Transformation & Portfolio Management to lead high-stakes transformation programs across various industries, including public sector, banking, defence, and consumer products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in budget and portfolio management, transformation steering, target operating model (TOM) design, and business case development. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong governance skills, and the ability to drive digital and operational change at scale. Key Responsibilities

• IT & Digital Transformation: Lead large-scale initiatives; define IT governance models; optimize Digital Factories; drive infrastructure strategy.
• Program & Portfolio Management: Manage multi-million dollar programs; implement Lean Portfolio Management; migrate legacy systems to cloud.
• Agile at Scale & IT Performance: Drive Agile adoption; implement ITSM, ITFM, ITPM best practices; enhance IT performance metrics.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: Collaborate with executives; manage change strategies; advise on IT investments and modernization.

Your profile

• Core Competencies: Program management; Digital Factory setup; IT governance; Agile at Scale; infrastructure strategy; stakeholder management.
• Technical & Industry Expertise: Telecom IT ecosystem; enterprise IT transformation; cloud modernization; IT compliance and risk management.
• Experience & Education: 15+ years in IT strategy or digital transformation; leadership and stakeholder engagement; Bachelor's or Master’s degree; preferred certifications (PMP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL, TOGAF).
