What will you be doing in this role?

Analyze and document business requirements;
Perform business model and process analysis;
Model business processes using industry-standard techniques;
Analyze functional requirements and business cases;
Conduct risk assessments;
Support the creation of business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Bachelor Degree with minimum 13 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 9 years of experience);
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with BPMN and UML;
At least 5 years of experience with SQL and conceptual data model design;
At least 5 years of experience designing mockups and wireframes using tools such as Balsamiq;
At least 5 years of experience in requirements elicitation;
At least 2 years of experience working with Jira;
Good knowledge of analysis and modelling techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams);
Good knowledge of wiki platforms and collaborative tools;
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile);
Strong ability to prepare and draft business analysis documentation;
Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
Good knowledge of information systems matters;
BABOK certification is considered an advantage;
Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
