The role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team for the long-term project. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring security and reliability across our systems.

How you’ll make impact

Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using existing tools (TeamCity, Octopus) and implement new tools as needed
Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts for automating deployment and operational tasks
Implement and manage security best practices, including IAM policies and with security in mind
Collaborate with development teams to improve DevOps practices and developer experience
Contribute to the deployment of scalable and high-performance systems
Maintain performance and monitoring dashboards for Ops
Monitoring and incident management of Kubernetes cluster and services on Kubernetes
Support Service Operation team in incident, problem and vulnerability management

What’s important to us

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
1+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 1 year in DevOps roles as high professional or low advanced
Expertise in CI/CD platforms, particularly GitLab, TeamCity and Octopus Deploy
Proficient in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation of CI/CD tasks
Familiarity with message broker systems, particularly Apache Kafka
Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems (Keycloak is a plus)
Strong knowledge of certificate management and security standards
Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker (Dev Container and Kubernetes experience is a plus)
Knowledge of observability solutions with Elastic Stack (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana)
Knowledge of HTTP and reverse proxy is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in an agile environment
