At Telenet, we drive technological innovation faster than the pace of change. We are seeking a multiskilled business analyst to join our Product Journey tribe. Interest in, or affinity with neighboring roles. In your first assignment, you will be allocated to the Digital team.

Our Business Analyst assesses business and system requirements and relevant processes to enable efficient workflows and guarantees uninterrupted availability. You also manage and improve various IT applications within the domain. This in a co – creation with our partners and in collaboration with a group of colleagues.

Your responsibilities:

• Takes full responsibility for assigned applications, managing and improving IT technologies and software. Conducts detailed analysis of business requirements to ensure alignment with IT solutions. This implies a tech-savvy mindset;
• Ensures smooth implementation of applications, monitors for issues, and dives into data to gain necessary insights. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical teams;
• Designs and validates new or existing applications, performs gap analysis, and recommends process improvements;
• Implements and documents software applications, ensuring stakeholders or partners are properly informed and documentation is correctly applied. Develops comprehensive documentation, including business process models and use cases;
• Gains insights into business processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, formulates necessary changes, and ensures they are implemented or prioritized. Facilitates meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of IT experience, including network/infrastructure monitoring;
• Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical;
• Autonomous, proactive, and a team player;
• Takes ownership and adapts in dynamic environments;
• Strong communicator, adaptable to different audiences;
• Telecom knowledge or telco experience is a plus;
• Excellent English; Dutch/French is a plus;
• Converts theory into practical business analysis;
• Sets up and questions business requirements effectively.
