We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to develop cutting-edge AI solutions focused on extracting and structuring unstructured PDF data using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI techniques. You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines on Google Cloud, contributing to a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust AI pipelines for efficient extraction and structuring of data from PDF documents;
• Implement and utilize LLMs and various AI techniques to automate data processing and extraction workflows;
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable and maintainable AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows;
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, including data privacy and ethical considerations;
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges, contributing to continuous improvement of AI processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, particularly in data extraction and structuring;
• Strong proficiency in utilizing LLMs, NLP, and AI-driven data extraction methodologies;
• Expertise in programming with Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or Llama Index, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch;
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI/ML services, including deployment and data management;
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Technical information domain knowledge in industrial equipment or automotive is a big plus;
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, OCR, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and data engineering principles;
• Understanding of document processing workflows and industry-specific data requirements;
• Experience in integrating AI solutions into existing applications and systems;
• Demonstrated proficiency in the ML development lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring;
• Experience applying advanced ML techniques and tools to solve complex data extraction and structuring challenges;
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards;
• Experience designing and implementing scalable and robust software components for AI solutions.
