What You will do:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, GSC, Operations) and IT development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements;
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements for WW Sales IT systems, including Pricing & Contracts, Order Entry, and Order Visibility, etc.;
• Collaborate with UX designers, tech lead, developers, and testers to design and implement scalable IT solutions;
• Create clear specifications using user stories, process flows, and data models to design solution and guide development;
• Support Agile/Scrum processes, driving the sprint planning, backlog refinement, and System integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency in global sales operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business teams (Sales, Finance) and technical teams (Developers, Architects);
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and process optimization;
• Passion for technology-driven business solutions and improving operational efficiency in sales IT systems;
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT systems, preferably in sales, pricing, or order management;
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, including contract management, order fulfillment, and pricing strategies;
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or sales IT systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or custom platforms) and proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and business process modeling (UML, BPMN, or similar).
