We are looking for an experienced and visionary Vice President, Software Development (all genders) to lead our engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative software solutions. This role is crucial in shaping our technology strategy, fostering a high-performance engineering culture, and scaling our software development processes to support business growth.

• Oversee design, development and deployment of AR and wearable computing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements;
• Lead, mentor, and inspire software development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure products that meet industry standards;
• Work closely with Product Management, UX/UI, and other business units to align development efforts with customer needs and market trends;
• Guide architectural decisions, drive modernization efforts, and ensure robust, future-proof technology to keep TeamViewer Frontline at the forefront of the market;
• Attract, retain, and develop top talent, fostering professional growth and succession planning;
• Manage engineering budgets, tools, and resources to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience of +10 years in software development leadership roles, preferably in AR, wearable computing, or related fields;
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to drive innovation and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals;
• Experience with agile development processes and tools;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
