As a Technical Project Manager, you will serve as a leader within the Global Technology organization. In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex, high-impact initiatives, particularly the implementation of a new enterprise-wide IT and HR ticketing platform using ServiceNow. You’ll work closely with internal teams and a third-party implementation partner to ensure a smooth, successful transition. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Technical Operations, Enterprise IT, HR, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
What you’ll do as a Technical Project Manager
- Lead enterprise-level software implementation projects from concept to completion—including the transition of our IT and HR ticketing system to ServiceNow.
- Partner with a third-party ServiceNow implementor, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Drive all phases of project management, including planning, scoping, scheduling, documentation, contingency planning, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, align on priorities, and deliver solutions that meet functional and strategic objectives.
- Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into executable plans.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks while developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Monitor key metrics, manage scope changes, and communicate progress and blockers to senior leadership.
- Champion agile best practices while also adapting to hybrid or waterfall approaches where necessary.
- Cultivate a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across your teams.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of technical project management experience, with a strong track record of leading enterprise-wide software implementations.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or other large-scale ITSM platforms (ServiceNow experience preferred).
- Prior experience coordinating with third-party vendors or implementation partners.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid teams.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
