What will be expected from you:

• Clarify, analyse and document the business requirements of internal and external Stakeholders consuming your product;
• Understand the end-to-end business and system process flows through different software & applications in order to identify when data needs to be provided and what will trigger it;
• Facilitate discussions between the various stakeholders to obtain clarification and agreement on Business requirements;
• Collaborate with the Data Architect in order to build the data models that will support the future implementation;
• Collaborate with internal AND external Stakeholders and developers to ensure the end product matches defined requirements;
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance in the definition of test cases scenarios;
• Ensure that the non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations and are compliant with Swift security and legal constraints;
• Actively engage with the Tribe’s multi-disciplinary, autonomous teams, composed of product owners, development, quality assurance, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure that the functional and non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations;
• You participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement on how to maximize effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment;
• Maintain documentation and meeting minutes up-to-date based on discussions.

What will make you successful:

• University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
• Between 3 to 7 years’ experience in Business Analysis;
• Working experience with Adobe Experience Manager is very highly desirable;
• Knowledge of AI and integration are strong assets;
• Excellent analytical skills. Data analysis and data mapping is a plus;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Team player;
• Knowledge of Jira, in Confluence is a plus;
• Working experience in an Agile or a DevOps environment.
