Cyber Security Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and driving the delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex cybersecurity projects. This is an exciting opportunity to drive initiatives designed to strengthen our cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security goals. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, Security, and business units, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless communication, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and issues early in the project lifecycle. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and risk assessments. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress and any potential challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with all delivery teams and other stakeholders to ensure proper coordination of activities
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and communication.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) is a plus.

6 to 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity projects;
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, technical cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion;
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and frameworks;
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
