Your Impact:

• Grow and mentor software engineers and technical leaders;
• Track and deliver projects on time, oversee and collaborate for the success of team’s charter;
• Review all work produced by the team, Deliver continuous feedback and performance review of engineers;

Minimum Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering and 3+ years of experience in management;
• Hands-on experience building and deploying software on embedded systems/routers;
• Experience leading/managing a strong technical team to drive the features/products with a focus on quality;
• Good interpersonal skills and cross collaboration;
• Knowledge of C/C++, embedded Linux, OS, Routing protocols and the networking stack.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience of interacting and working with large team across geographies;
• Experience managing independent, strong, and diverse teams;
• Strong understanding of customer value.
