Want to be part of one of Europe's fastest-growing climate tech startups? We are looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Engineer to play an elementary role in helping us transform every company into a sustainable business.

In this key role, you will be a hands-on product engineer, using our state-of-the-art tech stack to solve real user problems that will positively impact the sustainability of our climate.

This role can be fully Remote within Europe or Berlin based where we have a coworking space to work from. Countries we can currently support hiring in: Germany, Portugal, the Czech Republic, the UK, the Netherlands.

What you'll do:

• You take responsibility for new features, design and implement them
• You contribute to improving the Cozero product by being a sparring partner to the Product Manager
• You will make architecture decisions as a key member of our engineering team
• You will participate in discussions on how to maintain and improve our micro-service architecture
• You will work closely with senior engineers to identify and mitigate tech debt
• You plan, code, test, QA, and deploy

Our Tech Stack: We run on AWS, TypeScript, NestJS, React, and more. As a Full Stack engineer, we trust you can get quickly up to speed on our technology stack, so if you don’t have experience with parts of our stack, you will be able to learn a lot!

What we're looking for:

• You bring around 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in product development across our stack, including Frontend (React, Redux), backend (NestJS), and data (PostgreSQL)
• You write well-structured and high-quality code that’s easily maintainable by others
• You are passionate about ClimateTech and have a strong commitment to fighting climate change
• You are self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision
• You speak fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
• You are ideally located in Germany, Portugal, the Czech Republic, the UK, or the Netherlands
