About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of programming principles, database management, infrastructure, and security design.

Your responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and feature specifications;
• Contribute to architecture discussions, tech specifications and project estimation;
• Work independently to solve problems of different complexity with a focus on priorities and business value;
• Design and implement software solutions across multiple platforms and frameworks, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure applications;
• Collaboration with team members across different locations.

Role's requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Java development;
• Experience with backend frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Web API, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, etc.);
• Experience with frontend frameworks (preferably Angular);
• Experience with database design, performance optimization, and data manipulation;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude;
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree;
• Excellent verbal and written English.
