Responsibilities

We are looking for a Team Lead (all genders) to manage and support our teams in developing TeamViewer Frontline. Work closely together with other R&D leaders and contribute to department-wide initiatives. The position provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.

• Lead a full-stack agile team with focus on building solutions for Remote Assistance application and be accountable for delivering the roadmap;
• Be responsible for the quality of the code team delivers as well as their overall effectiveness;
• Utilize your strong technical background to inspire and guide the team, and ensure that their solutions can be used by other teams in an easy and flexible manner;
• Provide guidance to the team to foster an agile mindset focusing on delivering software meeting the highest quality in terms of stability, performance, and security;
• Enable open feedback and communication culture within the team;
• Ensure the personal and professional development of the team members to help them reach their full potential;
• Own a technical leadership role that can guide engineers in their daily tasks and build an abstraction layer for the management to communicate accordingly on a technical level.

Requirements

• A university or college degree in the field of information technology or a related subject;
• 2+ years in a leadership role in an agile environment;
• 5+ years in Software Development in at least one high-level language (C++, C#, JavaScript advantageous);
• Good knowledge of clean code, design patterns for object-orientated programming, scalable distributed systems, security and network communication;
• Structured and analytical working methods and a good team spirit;
• Good English skills (both spoken and written) are a must. Further languages such as German are a plus.
