How you'll make an impact

As part of the team, you'll shape the design and implement purpose-built business applications for international clients. You'll be involved in the whole lifecycle of taking an idea into building and going live with a product.

You guide your colleagues in your team to success and optimize software designs.

What’s Important to Us

• With your university degree in computer science, you have acquired valuable knowledge in modern software engineering.
• You have practical experience with full-stack development in the .NET ecosystem and the Azure cloud. You are experienced in modern web development frameworks like React or Angular.
• You have a DevOps mindset and understand high code quality and automated testing as crucial.
• You see AI-first software development as an exciting new opportunity, and you started using tools like tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
• You have some practical experience with the design of software systems, following a methodological approach, using concepts like DDD and hexagonal architecture.
• You are learning and success-oriented. You are motivated to achieve ambitious goals in a team and to be in direct contact with the customer.
• You speak fluent English.
• You are ready to travel to clients in countries like Switzerland and Germany for a few days a month.
