Security Infrastructure Manager

Overall responsibility of support, maintain and ensure continuous operation of both on-premises and cloud hosted Digital Security Infrastructure.

Provides direction, leadership, and coordination within IT Security Infrastructure team;
Maintains the operational integrity of technologies and services provided;
Develop processes for problem and incident management and resolution that can return services to normal without delay;
Maintain the IT contracts;
Follow trends and apply technologies to enhance usability;
Coordinates infrastructure management activities between departments and supervises their work directly or through line managers;
Drive operations level projects on budget and on time;
Responsible for planning the process of integrating systems and applications that are important to business operations and employee productivity;
Understand Wizz Air IT’s high-level application and data flow architecture.

Bachelor's or Master's degree;
Fluent English (both written and spoken);
Ability to lead a team of IT professionals and provide them with necessary guidance from time-to-time;
Project-based approach;
Ability to manage complex production disruptions leading an incident and capable of leveraging troubleshooting and root cause analysis technical expertise;
4-6 years of working experience with 3+ years proven experience in a management or supervisory positions demonstrating the ability to perform effective budget management and supervision of staff;
Extensive knowledge of IT Security technologies;
Knowledge of Microsoft on-premises technologies and security solutions;
Knowledge of Microsoft and AWS cloud technologies and security solutions;
Knowledge of IT Security standards and frameworks such as CIS, NIST;
Work experience in a multicultural environment;
Should have decision-making and problem-solving skills;
Strong vendor management and capacity planning skills;
Proactive and initiative taker, Self-motivated.
