Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Software Development, including embedded processors and applications;
• Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues;
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors;
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action;
• Has internal and some external contacts;
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software or Electrical Engineering;
• 2-4 years related engineering experience;
• Experience with programming languages and technologies: C++, Python, Linux administration, Docker;
• Experience with embedded technologies and sensor interfaces: network protocols, serial, I2C, CAN, etc.;
• Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient with all development tools;
• Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal) skills.
