We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular and Java (Spring Boot) to work within Continental’s Data & Costumer Solutions Information Technology Competence Center.

As a FullStack developer, you will work in a SCRUM team closely with the backend and frontend developers, solutions architects and UI/App developers to build and enhance our existing and future digital services within Continental Tires. With this job, you join the global team working on our product ContiConnect, a digital tire monitoring platform for commercial fleets around the world.

Main Responsibilities:

Shaping the frontend and backend architecture of the ContiConnect web application;
Implementing features through active collaboration with business partners;
Providing support of the productive system by solving bugs;
Driving development standards, code reuse, and agile principles within the agile development team;
Enhancing the technical documentation and our test scenarios.

Your profile

University Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field;
3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Angular (15+) and Java (11+) with Spring Boot;
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3;
Proficiency in RESTful APIs and WebSockets;
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL);
Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus;
Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools and agile methodologies (Scrum);
Knowledge of security best practices for frontend and backend development;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Excellent organizational skills;
Able to work independently as part of a global team.
