Who we are looking for:

• A developer with extensive experience in cross-platform mobile development using Flutter;
• A professional who has a strong background in native mobile development (Android);
• Someone skilled in writing robust unit, widget, and integration tests, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines;
• A person familiar with Firebase, App Store and Play Store deployment processes, and mobile analytics setup;
• Someone with strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns like MVVM or Clean Architecture;
• A developer experienced in performance optimization, monitoring, and mobile observability;
• A product-minded engineer who thinks from a user perspective, understanding both the how and why behind technical solutions;
• A problem solver who can break down complex challenges into manageable solutions using both analytical thinking and creativity;
• An effective communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while documenting technical specifications and processes clearly;
• A developer who believes in "you build it, you run it, you own it," ensuring high-quality code, debugging, optimization, and automation as key priorities;
• A professional with experience in large-scale mobile applications, an economically-driven mindset, and the ability to design well-bounded domain systems.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of mobile engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards;
• Contributing to complex technical projects by designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure mobile software solutions;
• Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture. Delegating tasks, providing feedback, and facilitating open team communication;
• Driving innovation by encouraging new ideas, shaping software development practices, and collaborating closely with product management to deliver user-centric mobile solutions;
• Building and deploying mobile applications using cloud-based CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and leveraging AWS infrastructure where applicable;
• Creating impact beyond your immediate team by contributing to broader Engineering strategies and participating in cross-team initiatives, working groups, and community guilds;
• Continuously improving mobile app performance, scalability, reliability, and security, and shaping OLX mobile engineering best practices.
