The Cyber Security Manager Safeguards Leaf Space’s corporate and product infrastructures against cyber threats, ensuring compliance with international standards and embedding security practices across company operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor threats and respond to security incidents across corporate and product environments;
• Maintain and improve threat analysis and monitoring systems;
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities;
• Define and implement cyber security architecture, policies, and processes;
• Conduct secure code reviews and enforce secure development practices;
• Deliver cyber awareness and training for all employees;
• Perform regular risk assessments and collaborate with external auditors;
• Support clients and stakeholders with certifications, due diligence, and security requirements;
• Drive the achievement of sector certifications (NIS2, NIST-800-171, ISO 27001, etc.) and to the design/optimization of company-wide security processes.

REQUIRMENTS

• Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or equivalent;
• 5–7 years of experience in cyber security roles;
• Strong hands-on experience in incident response, penetration testing, vulnerability management;
• Solid knowledge of international standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, NIST);
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent;
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving approach;
• Fluent in English.
