As an IT Change Manager within the banking sector, you play an essential role in delivering qualitative digital services to our customers, ensuring changes to production are successful and compliant to regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities include

Leading IT Change Governance Reviews

  • You facilitate structured change review sessions with agile squads, ensuring all IT modifications comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, while enhancing the squads’ ability to deliver stable and compliant banking solutions.

Guard CI/CD Pipelines for Regulated Environments

  • You promote and oversee the adoption of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices, streamlining delivery cycles while maintaining traceability, auditability, and control—key pillars in a regulated financial context.

Generating Data-Driven Insights for Risk Mitigation

  • You produce detailed analytical reports to monitor the effectiveness of IT changes, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement to strengthen change management and operational resilience.

Upskilling Squads on Change Management Protocols

  • You design and deliver targeted training programs and workshops to ensure squads are equipped with the knowledge and tools to navigate change processes confidently, securely, and in full alignment with banking compliance frameworks.

Your competencies

  • A bachelor’s in computer science or related field;
  • ITIL (Change) management experience;
  • Knowledge in Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Excel (VBA/macro);
  • Experience in CI/CD processes and related tools;
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Excellent communication, assertive and interpersonal skill;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a team environment.
