We are seeking an experienced Java Team expert to join our dynamic team and innovative culture.

The ideal candidate will be part of the planning, implementing, monitoring and making a huge impact on our future platform growth and new features and modules.

This position reports to our VP R&D.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Design, development, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed in software development processes
• Be a part of Evaluating, planning and implementing new technologies to maximize efficiency and productivity within the team
• Drive software architecture decisions and ensure adherence to coding standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Strong knowledge of Hibernate, SQL, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Redis for caching and real-time data access
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Experience in Microservices architecture and inter-service communication
• Familiarity with MongoDB (advantage)
• Experience integrating with Stripe or other payment systems
• Deep understanding of clean code principles, unit testing, and design patterns
• Ability to independently interpret high-level product requirements and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions
