What you will do:

• Design, build, and experiment with Gen AI solutions for real business needs across the energy value chain
• Lead end-to-end pilots: from ideation and rapid prototyping to testing, iteration, and handover
• Collaborate with product owners, domain experts, and engineers to identify and deliver impactful use cases
• Work autonomously in uncharted areas, proposing creative approaches and clear next steps
• Document learnings and patterns to grow our shared knowledge base
• Track the Gen AI ecosystem and help define best practices, architecture, and tooling

What you bring & who you are:

• Must-have: Degree in Computer Science/ML or equivalent practical experience
• Must-have: 2–3 years in AI or software engineering, with strong Python skills
• Must-have: Hands-on with Gen AI (LLM APIs, integration frameworks, vector DBs, RAG, LLMOps)
• Must-have: Experience integrating AI components into products or platforms; familiarity with Azure or similar cloud
• Nice-to-have: Experience in the energy sector, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, or MLOps
• Nice-to-have: Machine Learning expertise
