Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Senior Manager to lead our local technical operations in the EU. Based in Ireland, this individual will be responsible for managing a small but highly skilled team of system engineers. The team will closely collaborate with our Global ServiceNow Team to deliver seamless IT support for our EU customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a local team of system engineers.
- Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and global ServiceNow support teams
- Ensure SLAs and performance benchmarks are met for all customer service engagements
- Maintain compliance with EU IT regulations and data protection laws
- Represent the Dublin office in regional and global technical leadership meetings
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in IT operations or infrastructure management
- 5+ years of experience managing a team, preferably in a technical or service delivery environment
- Demonstrated experience in key software engineering Project Management best practices
- Solid understanding of systems engineering, network architecture, and database management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in multicultural and global settings
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work on-site at our Dublin office and travel to customer location.
