Your role within our Kingdom

You’ll be part of the Decision Automation team for Candy Crush Saga - a cross-functional team focused on enabling Faster. Smarter. Player-centric decisions at scale.

Working alongside analysts, product managers, game designers, and AI/ML engineers, you’ll lead the design and implementation of ML systems that:

Automate complex decision workflows.
Personalize experiences for hundreds of millions of players.
Reduce manual operational load while boosting impact and efficiency.

So, what about you? You’re not only a technical expert but also a collaborative leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You have experience in several of the following areas:

Core Expertise

Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience applying Machine Learning in production, covering the full lifecycle: prototyping, training, serving, and monitoring.
Strong foundation in advanced ML and data science concepts, with a proven ability to apply them in large-scale systems.

Practical Software Skills

Proficient with GCP data products (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD for ML workflows.
Experience designing robust, scalable, and maintainable ML systems in collaboration with MLOps.

Collaboration & Leadership

Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with accountability for delivery and quality.
Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders - from game designers and product managers to data analysts - balancing technical depth with clear, outcome-focused communication.
Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments, bringing clarity and direction amid ambiguity.
A supportive mentor and coach who helps others grow while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
