About the Role

• Lead the security function and Security Office team;
• Ensure security and integrity of IT infrastructure, systems, and data;
• Drive development and implementation of security policies and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Strategy & Governance: Define security strategy, enforce policies, advise leadership;
• Security Architecture & Engineering: Maintain security architecture, conduct reviews and audits;
• Security Awareness & Training: Deliver training programs, promote secure coding practices;
• Compliance & Assurance: Ensure adherence to standards, maintain documentation;
• Security Operations & Incident Response: Oversee monitoring, detection, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Security; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) a plus;
• 5+ years in information security (strategy, governance, operations, compliance);
• Knowledge of frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10);
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
