Role Description

We’re looking for a senior-level Ruby on Rails Developer to join our global IT Digital Solutions team and help us accelerate the roadmap of our in-house applications. You’ll be building and shipping new features end to end, mentoring other developers through code reviews, and driving engineering excellence across multiple initiatives.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with direct impact on the tools that power our global business. If you love solving problems, collaborating with international teams, and raising the bar on code quality, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Shape and scale internal platforms used across our global business.
• Build and deploy applications end to end (Ruby on Rails + Vue/Vuetify).
• Peer review and mentor developers, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with global teams to turn business needs into scalable solutions.
• Work with AWS, RDS, Kubernetes, and GitHub for secure, reliable deployments.
• Play a key role in setting engineering standards and mentoring peers.

Skills and Expertise

• 8+ years’ full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Any experience with Vue.js as front-end technology is a benefit.
• Cloud & DevOps experience (AWS, RDS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments with minimal guidance.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
