Junior Software Engineer - Java/C#

At DIS/CREADIS, we’re looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Software Engineer who wants to develop into a strong consultant. We build software that supports real industry — automation, energy, manufacturing and engineering — and we rely on sharp minds who can understand both technology and the people behind it.

You don’t need years of experience yet, but you should be eager to learn fast, solve real problems and bring a proactive, curious mindset into every project.

Your role

You’ll be joining a consultancy where projects vary from customer to customer. That means you’ll need to enjoy working in different environments, meeting new people and adapting to new challenges.

In your daily work, you will:

• Help develop backend features and components primarily in Java;
• Contribute to cross-platform solutions involving C#/.NET;
• Participate in design discussions and technical reviews;
• Learn and apply engineering practices like testing, CI/CD and clean code;
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineers across automation, embedded and mechanical fields;
• Develop your consultant skills: communication, collaboration and customer understanding.

• Advantage: Ability to obtain HEM security clearance.
