Description

As a Business Analyst at COSMOTE Global Solutions, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our business needs and the technology solutions we implement. Your responsibilities will include:

Analysis of Business requirements;
Documentation of Business requirements;
Business model analysis;
Business process analysis;
Business processes modelling;
Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
Risk analysis;
Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree at a related field;
At least 15 years of experience in IT;
At least 5 years of expertise in Business Analysis;
Specific expertise with good knowledge of information systems matters;
Specific expertise with good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
Specific expertise with good knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams);
Specific expertise with good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other equivalent modelling standards;
Specific expertise with good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites;
Specific expertise with knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2);
At least 2 certifications of any of the above.

Additional Requirements:

Rapid self-starting capability;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis;
Capability to speak to business and technical audiences;
Strong capacity to give high-level presentations. Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions;
Ability to apply high quality standards;
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator;
Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment;
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting;
Capability and experience in working in team;
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
Excellent Team Player;
Ability to understand, speak and write English. French will be an advantage;
High degree of discretion and integrity is required.
