Your Tasks

• Perform administrative tasks, including user support for software applications;
• Evaluate and coordinate updates for the software applications together with the colleagues from various Departments;
• Configure, implement, and continuously optimize software applications to meet evolving business needs;
• Create validation documentation and conduct thorough testing for newly developed or modified applications;
• Held training sessions, empowering users to confidently work with the software applications.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, IT, or demonstrated equivalent experience;
• Work experience with databases, report creation, and configure software applications is a plus;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus;
• Good problem-solving abilities, organizational skills and analytical thinking.
