Your role

We’re hiring a Senior Associate Consultant — PHP Developer & Consultant with strong coding experience and a fullstack mindset. You’ll work on scalable web applications, APIs, and backend systems, while also contributing to incident resolution, problem management, analytics, and debugging. This role blends deep coding, solution design, performance tuning, and client-facing consulting.

Must Have

Solution Engineering

Hands on experience in PHP development (Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks);
Solid understanding of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript;
Experience with RESTful APIs, backend logic, and database integration (MySQL/PostgreSQL);
Exposure to Python or Node.js for scripting, automation, or microservices;
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows;
Integration experience with external systems and ensure secure, scalable architecture.

Analytics, Observability & Advance Debugging

Familiarity with analytics and observability tools (e.g., Kibana, Grafana, New Relic);
Strong debugging skills: log analysis, performance profiling, and SQL tuning;
Tooling: Node.js, npm/yarn, Webpack/Vite, ESLint/Prettier, Git;
Perform deep debugging across backend and frontend layers;
Optimize queries, memory usage, and application performance;
Enforce secure coding and data handling for auth, payments, and PII; collaborate on WAF/CDN caching rules.

Additional Responsibilities

Incident and Problem Management

Manage the full incident lifecycle: detection, triage, resolution, and communication within agreed SLAs;
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to restore services quickly and minimize business impact;
Maintain accurate incident logs and ensure timely escalation when required;
Implement hotfixes safely (feature flags, canary, rollback/runbook execution);
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes;
Maintain a Known Error Database (KEDB) and proactively identify areas for improvement;
Drive preventive measures to reduce incident frequency and improve system reliability.

Nice to Have

5–8 years of server-side engineering with 4+ years on PHP/Python;
Experience with Node.js backend services or Python automation scripts;
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure);
Experience with security best practices (OWASP, input validation, auth flows);
Experience with Testing: Jest/Jasmine, Cypress/Playwright, Testing Library; contract testing of APIs where applicable;
Web Fundamentals: TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, BEM/CSS‑Modules, accessibility (ARIA), responsive design.
