Your Role

  • Design business processes E2E and derive requirements, which you translate into a technical solution design;
  • Develop and design innovative technical concepts and solutions that effectively address business requirements;
  • Collaborate and coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including various business departments (Technology & Innovation, Logistics, Sales, Product Management, etc.) and IT teams (Developers, Enterprise Architects, Process Analysts, etc.), with the objective of advancing the software product while ensuring alignment and compliance;
  • Take ownership of the product backlog, managing and prioritizing tasks, including the technical concepts and designs associated with the product;
  • Implement and continuously evolve the testing strategy for the software product to ensure high quality and reliability;
  • Define data models and foundational product architectures, including interfaces, to support product functionality;
  • Drive continuous improvement of products and processes through data-driven decision-making and global quality audits;
  • Engage in discussions and align solutions with Corporate Enterprise IT in accordance with group and company strategy.

Your Profile

  • An academic degree in Informatics, Business Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by approximately 3+ years of relevant professional experience;
  • Proficient knowledge of various software development and project management methodologies, particularly agile practices such as SCRUM, along with familiarity with tools like Microsoft DevOps;
  • Expertise in backlog management and prioritization, including the ability to write features, user stories, and acceptance criteria effectively;
  • Proven experience in developing, aligning, and communicating product roadmaps to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner;
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct data analysis and make informed, data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle both technical and business challenges;
  • Familiarity with IT architecture and system specifications;
  • Basic understanding of test governance, test execution, and test automation, including relevant tools (e.g., Postman, Gherkin);
  • Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational database management, including data schema modeling;
  • Advanced understanding of process design and related notations (e.g., BPMN);
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel as part of your role.
