What you’ll do

As part of our dynamic VBSE team, you’ll be at the heart of Vodafone’s IT operations - designing, building, and maintaining platforms that power our services and support our customers. You’ll bring your technical expertise and problem-solving mindset to ensure our systems run smoothly and securely.

• You’ll manage and operate Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms to support VBSE and its customers;
• You’ll become a subject matter expert in Network Management Systems and IT Security;
• You’ll create and maintain platform documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs, and process guides;
• You’ll support customer deployments, user acceptance testing, and IT Health Checks;
• You’ll collaborate closely with Architecture, Engineering, NOC, and SOC teams to provide deep technical support.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or Engineer, ideally in telecoms or ISP environments;
• You’re skilled in Windows, Linux, and VMware systems;
• You have hands-on experience with Network Management Systems like SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, or vendor-specific tools;
• You’re familiar with security technologies including AV/EDR and SIEM;
• You can script in Python or PowerShell;
• You hold a degree or equivalent experience;
• You’re eligible to maintain DV security clearance.
