As a Software Development Manager you will lead our Engineering Managers and Software Engineers, ensuring fast, reliable and high-quality delivery across all technology areas.

How will it be to work with us?

Mentor and develop engineering managers (internal and external), fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and technical excellence;
Craft and deliver complex technical solutions with engineering managers, ensuring feasibility, scalability and alignment with architecture standards;
Oversee execution and value delivery across all engineering teams, including digital product teams and IT implementation projects;
Drive predictable, stable and measurable delivery supported by objective engineering KPIs;
Partner closely with product, IT business areas, architecture, AM and QA to ensure coordinated and effective execution of the technology roadmap;
Ensure high engineering standards across the delivery lifecycle while fostering a modern culture of automation, cloud, CI/CD and AI-assisted development;
Define capacity, organisation and planning for engineering teams, ensuring the right talent, skills and resources;
Define the vision and strategy for the Software Development area, aligned with Technology leadership and the Digital Product team.

Ready to join us?

What will make you succeed in this position

More than 10 years of professional experience in software development and enterprise applications;
At least 3 years of experience directly managing engineering managers or tech leads;
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and a mature DevOps culture;
Experience working in hybrid delivery models combining product-oriented and project-based delivery is a plus;
Strong technical knowledge of Angular, .NET Core, MAUI, Umbraco and REST APIs;
Solid experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud platforms and infrastructure as code (IaC);
Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially in complex or cross-functional environments;
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders;
Demonstrated commitment to staying up to date with the latest technologies and engineering trends;
Degree in computer science, telecommunications engineering or a related technical field;
Fluent written and spoken English.
