Responsibilities

We are looking for a (Senior) QA Software Engineer (all genders) to contribute to both manual and automated testing activities across our software development lifecycle. This role offers a great opportunity to shape quality assurance practices in an agile and innovative environment.

• Design, review, and execute test plans and test cases throughout the development lifecycle;
• Ensure test coverage aligns with functional requirements and user scenarios;
• Develop and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines;
• Actively participate in refinement and planning sessions, providing feedback from a QA and end-user perspective;
• Collaborate with QA engineers across teams to align on testing strategies and tools;
• Promote continuous improvement in QA processes and practices;
• Monitor and maintain automated regression test runs and report issues proactively.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
• 4+ years of experience in manual and automated testing or software development;
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automated test plans;
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Ranorex, Cypress, TestRail, or similar;
• Experience working with Linux environments is a plus;
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as German or Portuguese are a plus.
