Your tasks

• Responsible for the successful end-to-end development and delivery of local/international projects (focus on mid to smaller size projects).
• Responsible for meeting project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks.
• Plans the optimal assignment of resources for services and projects, aligned with the department manager of the department.
• Responsible for designing, structuring, planning, coordinating and implementing defined projects in time, scope and budget, incl. timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
• Manages the project process stakeholders, consults them and make them familiar with the necessary Company, Industry and International standards, specifications and Best Practices. Continuously analyses and evaluates changing customer requirements/business needs and proactively proposes process improvement opportunities and necessities
• Manages the decision processes (e.g. STC, Tollgates incl. preparations) by ensuring process compliance, project presentation quality, PM standard requirements considering the needed information from the involved parties.
• Provides the interface and maintains a close and effective relationship with other stakeholders to the project.
• Ensure the right communication and improve Project/Program status reporting, according to internal rules and KPIs.
• Leads sourcing strategy and implementation for complex and large projects in alignment with procurement, legal and vendor management.
• Contributes to setting project evaluation KPI´s and works closely with key stakeholders to monitor progress and utilize lessons learned.

Your profile

• Bachelor degree: IT&C, Project management
• Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
• Preferably with experience in SAP project management
• Extensive experience in project/program management experience, ideally with multidisciplinary teams, preferably in international environment.
• Very good understanding of application implementation and maintenance processes, concepts, risks and KPI’s.
• Advanced knowledge and skills regarding different project management methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile etc.).
• Advanced communication, negotiation and interaction skills, strong decision taker and promoter of management decisions, good presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking, adaptability.
• Change Management knowledge.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management.
• Ability to manage stressing situations and efficiently adapt to new situations/tasks.
• Ability to prioritize multiple team's tasks and organize in order to obtain the expected results in due time.
• Ability to identify, analyze and remove the risks at department/SL level.
• Ability to give and receive feedback in a constant and constructive manner from/to x-functional stakeholder.
• Ability to represent project teams and / or the department at the level of Global Solutions and in the business (problems, achievements, proposals).
• Proven ability to adjust to complex new tasks & situations in an effective manner, for own scope of responsibility and as role model team.
• Strong ability to withstand stress, responsible and flexible personality.

• English knowledge - advanced level.
