Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Computer Vision & AI Research Engineer to help develop advanced perception systems critical for autonomous vehicles. In this role, you will implement state-of-the-art radar and AI/ML technologies on our newest radar sensor generations to create market-leading perception solutions for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) features.

Required Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field
- At least 1 year of relevant industry experience in Machine Learning, Radar Processing, or embedded system development
- Excellent programming skills in Python
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Theano
- Strong analytical skills with deep mathematical understanding
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience applying machine learning to sensor perception challenges
- Experience with modern radar signal processing methods
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Track record of collaborative software development in team environments
- Experience with real-time and embedded systems
- Automotive industry experience, particularly with ADAS/AD systems
- Publication record in relevant conferences (CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV, ICRA, Fusion, etc.) demonstrating capability to develop competitive leading solutions
