Enterprise Data Architect
Ignitis
Vilnius, Lithuania
We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to join the IT Architects team, where you’ll be responsible for designing and governing the group-wide and company-level data landscapes and ensure that data is trusted, consistent, accessible, and AI-ready across all companies within the Ignitis group. Although this role collaborates closely with business teams, the core of the job requires deep data expertise: designing models, defining standards, improving data quality, and ensuring that our centralized platforms are used effectively and consistently. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!
Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!

- Defining and maintaining master data models, establishing and coordinating group-wide and company-level data ownership, stewardship, and accountability
- Developing deep understanding of core energy domains to translate business requirements into scalable data models and structures
- Developing data quality rules, controls, monitoring, leading data profiling and cleansing strategies
- Creating data foundations required for AI by ensuring model input data is reliable, versioned, and governed
- Designing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models across domains, mentoring group IT architects to design solutions and integrations based on defined data models
- Defining standards and reusable patterns for usage of centralized data platforms and data management tools
- Taking an active role in promotion of data literacy across the group and mentoring data owners and data analysts in the best data management practices
Required for this position:
