We are looking for an Project Managment IT Specialist to join our ITV Transformation Team. In this role, you will lead major IT programs and projects that span development, production, and after-sales. From tech transformation initiatives like mainframe exit to product projects such as VAN.xA and plant ramp-ups, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our IT ecosystem.

As an Project Managment IT Specialist in the ITV Transformation Team, you will:

• lead major IT programs and projects across development, production, and sales;
• drive technology transformation initiatives (e.g., mainframe exit) and product-related projects (e.g., VAN.xA, CKD/SKD projects, plant ramp-ups);
• ensure timely delivery of complex IT solutions while balancing strategic and operational priorities;
• manage all scopes of your project: time, scope, risks, ressources, organisation and stakeholders, cost and quality.

You ensure that your project is a success! This will also require you to:

• analyze and communicate complex business and IT processes to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements;
• take responsibility for finding solutions to complex problems, even beyond your immediate area of responsibility;
• provide technical leadership and coaching for IT workpackages where necessary;
• present and represent project results and strategic decisions in cross-departmental committees.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT project management;
• Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills;
• Ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively across all levels;
• Process understanding and the ability to grasp and communicate complex dependencies;
• Proactive, self-organized working style and willingness to take responsibility for finding solutions;
• Strong communication skills and team spirit;
• Comfortable with occasional short-term travel within Europe and beyond;
• Degree in IT or technical studies or equivalent qualification;
• Language skills: Business-fluent English required; German and Spanish are a plus.
