Roles and Responsibilities:

• Setup and configuration of system infrastructure, including HP server/client hardware and Cisco/HP Aruba switches;
• Installation and configuration of Linux operating systems (RedHat preferred) using Ansible;
• Configuration and tuning of proprietary internal software solutions;
• Execution of various configuration tasks, such as build scripts, monitoring, control, and automation;
• Creation, verification, and execution of system test procedures aligned with customer requirements;
• Management and execution of work packages, including design, configuration, and testing, utilizing JIRA and Confluence;
• Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with customer need.

Skills required:

• Education in computer science, engineering, or relevant work experience;
• Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems (preferably RedHat);
• Good understanding of network technologies (Layer 2/3, Cisco/Aruba);
• Experience with automation and DevOps tools (such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes);
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting;
• Strong general IT and engineering skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach;
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (JIRA and Confluence);
• Advantageous: Experience with AutoCAD/QGIS and knowledge of A-SMGCS technology;
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Basic knowledge of German is an advantage.
